Not happy with a beautiful tshirt i bought
User's recommendation: There is a tiny hole in it and it happened to a few others and next to the hole it looks like stretched material. If you wear it sparingly be aware of the tshirt as it may have different “lines” on it!
Unsatisfied customer
I ordered three tshirts from this company. I live in Canada and didnt realize that this company is in the U.S.
when they arrived, I noticed that two of the t-shirts were size large and one was a size medium. I didnt really believe that I had made the mistake but I contacted customer service who advised me to return it to New Hampshire. I was also told that I would have to pay for the return. I wasnt very pleased but I didnt want to argue.
Yesterday, I received another order of the same t-shirts.
I couldnt believe it! I called customer service again. This time I was positive that I had not made the mistake. I explained my dilemma and the agent went to talk to her manager.
When she returned, she advised me to send them back for a refund, once again, paying for shipping. I explained that I definitely did not order the exact same t-shirts twice. She left again to speak with her manager. When she returned, she advised me to go to my credit card company to get them to pay for my refund.
I was shockedagain. I told her that the credit card company would not pay for my return. At this point, I knew that I wasnt getting anywhere.
I have purchased clothing from this company for many years and never had experienced anything like this. Never again!
I now have six t-shirts all the same. Terrible customer service.
I was so disappointed. I seldom ever give reviews, especially bad ones but I cant believe how poorly I was treated.

Thought I made Canadian order because I was on Canadian site. Product came and did not fit. Had to return and pay my own shipping. Spent $75 and will only receive $46 back. Cost me $30 for nothing.
